The SEOzord Team is the technical powerhouse behind Allegro’s SEO business unit, a specialized engineering squad responsible for one of the largest traffic entry points on the Polish internet. They launched Allegro Rankings, a product scaling internationally, and are building a Market Trend Prediction engine using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Wymagania
- Proficient in Kotlin or Java.
- Solid foundation in microservices and cloud environments (GCP/Azure).
- Experience with BigQuery and Airflow.
- Experience with Scala is a significant plus.
- Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (minimum B2).
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with LLM tuning (LoRA, PEFT) or frameworks like LangChain/AutoGen.
Obowiązki
- Take full end-to-end ownership from requirements to post-deployment monitoring.
- Interact with stakeholders.
- Lead technical integration of LLMs to drive predictive capabilities.
- Drive technical decisions and lead the team through the complete lifecycle of complex products from initial PoC to petabyte-scale production.
- Lead by example through mentorship, high-quality code reviews, and establishing engineering standards.
- Design and optimize systems handling massive daily request volumes and extract actionable insights from vast datasets.
