Senior IAM Consultant - Lifecycle Management

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM projects.
• Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (OneIM) or other IAM tools.
• Strong knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Management and JML processes.
• Experience in provisioning, de-provisioning, and access change management.
• Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC models and entitlement management.
• Experience in access governance, compliance, and audit support.
• Experience working in enterprise environments.
• Proficient communication skills in English.

• Participate in projects related to Identity & Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes.
• Use One Identity Manager (OneIM) and other IAM/Identity Governance tools.
• Design and implement JML processes.
• Manage provisioning, de-provisioning, and access changes in enterprise environments.
• Configure and maintain onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Manage RBAC and entitlement management.
• Implement and maintain access certification and access review campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and audit requirements.
• Support audits by preparing reports and evidence.
• Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
