Their expertise centers on web development, cloud engineering, DevOps, and quality. They have developed their own product, Yieldbird, honored as a laureate of the Top25 Deloitte awards. The company aims to help tech companies build impactful products and scale IT teams by boosting IT delivery performance. The role involves joining a local team collaborating with a global organization of 120 professionals, delivering over 700 production changes monthly with standardized Agile DevSecOps processes. The teams operate in a microservices environment based on Java 11 and Spring Boot, using Google Cloud Platform technologies and integrating with Oracle Coherence, Oracle DB, and PostgreSQL ODS. DevOps tools used include TeamCity, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and Flux.
Wymagania
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and DevOps tooling such as Jenkins and Jira
- Significant experience in software design, development, and testing, preferably in Java and Python technology stacks
- Strong DevOps/environment capabilities and proficiency in scripting languages (shell script and Python), with experience working on Linux and containerized platforms
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Cloud Build, and Ansible
- Ability to troubleshoot network-related issues
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and DevSecOps pipeline setup and maintenance
- Good understanding of Messaging Queues (IBM MQ), sFTP connectivity, and TLS implementations using certificates
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies and business domains
- Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2 level)
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
- Capability to provide innovative solutions to complex tooling problems
- Willingness to work from the office in Krakow 6 times a month
Obowiązki
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GKE, CloudSQL, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Operations) in a large-scale microservices environment
- Drive and support CI/CD pipeline development, maintenance, and optimization using Jenkins, Cloud Build, TeamCity, Maven, Nexus, and Ansible
- Manage and improve DevSecOps processes across the full software delivery lifecycle, contributing to 700+ production deployments per month
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration management with Ansible and Flux
- Build and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting to streamline operational tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network, connectivity, and infrastructure issues across containerized (Docker/GKE) and Linux-based environments
- Configure and maintain TLS/certificate-based security, messaging integrations (IBM MQ), and sFTP connectivity
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure reliable operation of Java 11 / Spring Boot microservices integrated with Oracle Coherence, Oracle DB, and PostgreSQL ODS
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of standardized DevOps practices within a globally distributed team of 120+ professionals
- Translate functional and business requirements into robust technical solutions, providing innovative approaches to complex tooling challenges
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for DevOps best practices, supporting both local and remote team members

- Salary of 20,000 to 25,000 PLN on B2B contract
