Their mission is to help tech companies build impactful products and scale IT teams by boosting IT delivery performance.

• Advanced English in speaking and writing
• 5+ years of commercial experience in iOS development
• Strong practical knowledge of Swift and SwiftUI
• Experience with iOS architectural patterns and modular application design
• Solid understanding of concurrency (GCD, OperationQueue, Modern Concurrency)
• Experience writing unit and snapshot tests
• Good knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of security best practices for mobile applications

• Design and develop high-quality iOS applications focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and engineering teams to deliver new features and improve existing solutions
• Ensure application quality through testing, debugging, code reviews, and continuous optimization across iOS devices
• Troubleshoot performance, integration, and functionality issues while maintaining clean, well-structured code
• Contribute to architectural decisions, project estimation, and development planning
• Follow modern iOS development best practices and stay updated with the latest technologies and trends

This is a hybrid position requiring presence in the Kraków office 6 days per month.
