Senior Data Scientist (GenAI & RAG)

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with NLP and LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, transformer-based models)
• Experience building and deploying RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation techniques
• Experience developing predictive models such as forecasting, classification, and risk scoring systems
• Ability to integrate ML models into production systems via APIs (FastAPI / Flask)
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with data pipelines
• Solid statistical and analytical background
• Experience working with production-grade AI systems in real-world environments
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills
• Location in Poland or other EU country

Nice to have:

• Experience working in supply chain, engineering, or regulated industries
• Experience with MLOps practices and model monitoring in production
• Familiarity with document intelligence, OCR, or knowledge extraction systems
• Consulting background or experience working in complex stakeholder environments

Generative AI & NLP:

• Design and fine-tune LLMs for text parsing
• Build RAG pipelines
• Convert requirements into structured formats

Predictive Modeling:

• Develop forecasting models
• Build risk scoring and classification models

System Integration:

• Integrate ML models via APIs
• Optimize performance and validate outputs
