• University degree in Information Technology, Finance and Controlling or similar.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken); German is a plus.
• High analytical skills.
• Entrepreneurial thinking.
• Background in financial controlling, including budget planning, forecasting, and deviation analysis.
• Advanced skills in data analysis, data management, and visualization tools for financial modeling, reporting, and invoice processing.
• Very good communication skills.
• Team player with high flexibility and openness, able to work collaboratively within virtual teams.
• Strong self-motivation with persuasive skills.
• Willingness to travel.

• Oversee daily operations, manage stakeholder communication, and deliver strategic insights.
• Manage the asset lifecycle from creation to return, and issue purchase orders to vendors, focusing on Germany.
• Develop and maintain financial controls for the global product budget, perform deviation analysis, and define corrective measures.
• Oversee the entire invoice verification process for all global vendors, including data preparation, price validation, and documentation in financial systems.
• Create regular and ad-hoc reports for management, controlling, and regional teams, focusing on performance, data accuracy, and opportunities for deeper system-to-system integration.
• Act as the central point of contact for country coordinators on financial matters and for vendors regarding contract and device status.
• Handle general inquiries and operational incidents related to the printing service.
