Lead Backend Engineer SFCC

• Experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer (Demandware).
• Experience mentoring commerce cloud developers of all levels.
• Extensive full-stack development experience including HTML, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience integrating Salesforce Commerce Cloud with other platforms via LINK partner cartridges and custom integrations.
• Experience working within an Agile team.
• Good exposure to Salesforce partner community and Xchange.
• Strong knowledge of Open Commerce API (OCAPI).
• Experience leading development of integrations between SFCC and third-party systems.
• Experience with SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture).

Nice to have:

• Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer certification.

• Lead the development of custom code for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) implementations within an SFRA-based architecture.
• Design and implement custom cartridges, controllers, middleware events, and pages/components using Page Designer for SFCC projects.
• Lead development and implementation of integrations between SFCC and third-party systems, including using LINK partner cartridges and creating custom solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce Commerce Cloud developers of all experience levels.
• Apply full-stack development skills including HTML, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks to build SFCC solutions.
• Install and configure Salesforce Commerce Cloud environments for client projects.
• Communicate complex technical designs and solutions to developers and project stakeholders.
• Participate actively in an Agile development team, contributing to iterative development cycles and ceremonies.
• Utilize strong knowledge of Open Commerce API (OCAPI) for advanced SFCC development and integration.
• Stay informed on latest developments and best practices within the Salesforce partner community and Xchange.

This is a full-time position located in Poland. The selection process and communication require English language proficiency.
