Wymagania

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, pricing strategies, and contract management.
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ tools and Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills to reconcile technical scopes (SOWs) with commercial quotes.
  • Experience in process automation using AI tools (Claude, Gemini).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve complex deal issues.

Obowiązki

Deal Desk Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Sales to provide guidance on pricing, commercial terms, and complex deal structures.
  • Enforce and streamline the quote-to-contract approval process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and facilitating approvals for high-stakes deals.
  • Review Order Forms, contracts, and quotes for accuracy before customer delivery, ensuring quotes meet minimum margin or MRR requirements and that discounting is justified.
  • Assist sales team in selecting correct product bundles and SKUs, ensuring mandatory add-ons and pricing dependencies are accurately applied.
  • Identify and flag custom requests such as non-standard payment terms, free trial clauses, or custom SLA commitments.

Deal Operations (Deal Ops):

  • Verify that the Technical Scope matches the Commercial Quote by cross-referencing Presales Statements of Work (SOW) with Order Forms.
  • Confirm that selected products or packages are commercially accurate and technically consistent with opportunity constraints.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Sales reps in the CPQ environment, providing real-time troubleshooting and partnering with RevOps to maintain price books and discounting rules.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement automated workflows to reduce friction.

LATAM Regional & Partner Support:

  • Act as the primary Deal Desk point of contact for strategic LATAM-based partners.
