Non-Functional Testing Expert

The role is within the banking industry, focusing on non-functional testing in an enterprise environment using SAFe methodology.

Must-have:

• Minimum 7 years of testing experience, including at least 5 years in non-functional testing
• Strong knowledge of performance, reliability, and resilience testing
• Experience with tools: LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling or similar
• Experience in complex environments (multiple systems, integrations, different business units)
• Experience working in Agile teams (SAFe preferred)
• Proficiency in JIRA (mandatory), QTest is a plus
• Ability to write and analyze SQL queries, report analysis (e.g., AWR)
• Familiarity with CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven)
• Knowledge of web services technologies (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Independence and proactivity
• Very good command of English

Nice to have:

• Experience in the banking/payments industry
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
• Experience with cloud platforms
• Experience with mainframe systems
• Development experience (major plus)

• Collaborate in Agile / SAFe teams
• Gather and analyze non-functional requirements (NFR) with stakeholders
• Create non-functional testing strategies for releases (performance, resilience, reliability)
• Plan and execute tests based on risk analysis
• Design and maintain performance tests and scripts (LoadRunner/JMeter/Gatling)
• Execute performance, resilience, and stability tests
• Identify performance issues and collaborate with technical teams for optimization
• Manage defects (prioritization, collaboration on resolution)
• Work with external and distributed teams
• Create test reports and present results to stakeholders
• Support deployments through monitoring validation (lower vs production environments)
• Coordinate and monitor non-functional testing activities
• Improve existing testing processes
• Integrate non-functional tests with CI/CD pipeline
