Junior Data Analyst

For one of our clients, SSC of a global manufacturing leader based in the center of Poznan.

• Initial experience in data administration, procurement support, finance operations, or related business areas.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data management processes; experience with SAP environments will be considered a strong asset.
• Strong English communication skills (min.B2), both spoken and written; additional European languages are an advantage.
• A proactive and organized approach to work, with the ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate effectively within an international team.

• Maintain and update vendor master data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and data consistency.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and provide daily support related to vendor data processes.
• Handle requests from internal teams efficiently and in line with established procedures, policies, and service standards.
• Monitor data quality and proactively identify areas for improvement within existing processes and workflows.
• Contribute to data cleansing and validation activities within SAP and other master data management tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support ongoing operational or project-related initiatives connected to master data.
