• 10+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Lean Agile leadership experience across multiple large, complex projects and distributed teams.
• Strong leadership with experience measuring Agile projects against Lean portfolio metrics.
• Strong backlog management and facilitation techniques.
• JIRA configuration and management expertise.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and customer centricity.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Advocate of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
• Knowledge of Gaming and Lottery, including Player Platforms, CRM features, remote gaming server integrations, and Data Protection.
• Excellent knowledge of Risk Management, risk identification, and risk-based planning.
• Proactive, strong-minded, quick thinker, and assertive.
• Ability to motivate teams and recognize talent.

• Maintain and ensure continuous integration and release processes are followed.
• Provide processes that improve team performance and document team agreements.
• Coach the Agile team focusing on team dynamics and performance.
• Help the team manage interpersonal conflicts, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Actively remove impediments and foster a high productivity environment.
• Support and reinforce team rules.
• Be responsible for team performance metrics and deliverables.
• Shield the team from outside distractions and interferences.
• Facilitate team meetings: daily stand-ups, iteration planning, review, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain JIRA processes.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and guiding team priorities and scope.
• Teach problem-solving techniques and help the team resolve issues independently, escalating only when necessary.
