• Higher technical education
• Ability to use mechanical and electrical schematics
• Skills in electrical and electromechanical repairs
• Ability to diagnose causes of failures in automation systems, electric drives, and pneumatics (nice to have)
• Independence
• Ability to work under time pressure related to failure removal
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Communicative knowledge of English is an additional advantage

• Installation of machines according to manufacturer, client, internal requirements, and legal regulations
• Supporting technicians in troubleshooting machine and equipment failures
• Conducting root cause analysis of failures
• Preparing and modifying preventive maintenance plans for machines
• Training employees in machine and equipment operation
• Procuring offers for spare parts for machines and equipment
• Responsible for communication, supervision, and acceptance of external service activities
