• Higher technical education (completed second-cycle studies)
• Ability to analyze and estimate test devices based on technical documentation and client requirements
• Creating test strategies considering product functional conditions and internal company standards
• Selecting and adapting test solutions in cooperation with external test equipment suppliers
• Collaboration with clients' technical departments on assigned tasks
• Analytical skills and practical use of quality management methods
• Experience in project management
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Practical application of Lean Manufacturing tools to improve processes

• Completely independent and autonomous execution of assigned project goals
• Co-creating test strategies and collaborating with global structures
• Cooperation with clients and consulting on measurement processes
• Supervising and participating in the NPI process, including quoting test solutions
• Participating in RFQ processes regarding test strategy determination
• Training employees within supervised processes
• Technical training for engineers based on current test stations at Scanfil Sieradz
• LABView training for engineers focused on problem-solving
• Ensuring and supervising technical documentation
• Developing standards and tools related to testing
• Reporting KPI Yield and FPY results of production implementations
• Improving test processes based on data from the Quality Line system
