• Higher technical education
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an NPI engineer or similar position
• Experience in product implementation in production
• Experience in introducing technical changes (ECO)
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma tools
• Knowledge of Process Flowchart, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP is an additional advantage
• Knowledge of Special Customer Requirements

• Creating and supervising product structures and drawings in the ERP system and SPC application
• Preparing assembly and control instructions according to company standards and quality guidelines based on customer specifications
• Verifying and supervising quality, technical, and legal (environmental, UL, ETL, etc.) requirements related to the production of assigned products
• Establishing, describing, and disseminating approved exceptions within the team according to applicable routines
• Participating in/moderating new product implementation
• Introducing and supervising technical changes (ECO)
• Participating in the complaint process
• Seeking optimization and moderating technical improvements in the manufacturing process of assigned products
• Active participation in company continuous improvement programs (e.g., QMB, SMaX, Strategic Projects)
• Continuous process improvement in the assigned area
