IT Team Leader

Scanfil Poland Sp. z o.o. is part of the Finnish Scanfil Group, a contract manufacturer and system supplier for the electronics industry with 50 years of experience. The company operates 16 factories across Europe, Asia, North America, and Australia, employing over 4700 people. The Sieradz facility is the largest in the group, employing over 1000 workers.

• Experience in team or project management roles
• Preferably higher education in IT or related fields
• Very good general knowledge of IT hardware (computers, systems, servers, mobile devices, peripherals)
• Good knowledge of Office 365 administration, Windows Server, Linux, SQL
• Knowledge of server virtualization technology based on VMware
• Good knowledge of Active Directory
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other office applications
• Communicative English language skills
• Good communication skills, engagement, and availability
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of network management

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of OT and IoT technologies

• Organizing the IT team work and monitoring KPIs (helpdesk), including handling electronic ticketing systems
• Supervising server and network infrastructure (Active Directory/Azure Active Directory; Windows Server/Linux/SQL; Cambium Network Controller)
• Ensuring information security within the organization
• Optimizing team work and executing IT projects
• Conducting preventive maintenance activities
• Collaborating with other departments to provide effective IT support and deliver infrastructure project results
• Ensuring operational continuity of the factory IT systems and devices
• Planning the IT department budget and controlling fixed assets
