Inżynier Lean Manufacturing (K/M)

Scanfil Poland Sp. z o.o. is part of the Finnish Scanfil Group, a contract manufacturer and system supplier for the electronics industry with 50 years of experience. The company operates 16 factories across Europe, Asia, North America, and Australia, employing over 4700 people. The Sieradz factory is the largest in the group, employing over 1000 workers.

• Very good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, SMED, VSM, Kanban)
• Experience in optimizing production processes
• Project management skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with data
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Result-oriented with ability to set priorities
• Openness to change and proactive approach to improvements

Nice to have:

• Higher education (preferred: production engineering and management, quality management)

• Optimization and improvement of production processes according to Lean Manufacturing principles
• Establishing production processes in cooperation with managers and engineering
• Determining actual efficiency of operators and machines
• Analyzing causes of efficiency losses
• Supervising and coordinating reorganization activities and designing new production lines
• Supervising Lean implementation for new products, establishing production flow
• Managing and participating in strategic projects, OpEx, and new machine implementation projects conducted in English
