• Collaborate with Control and Platform teams to determine how controls can be automated for platform and tenant usage.
• Translate policies, procedures, and compliance requirements into actionable, automated solutions.
• Conceptualize, design, and develop innovative approaches to control automation.
• Engage with engineering teams to integrate automated control services into the platform ecosystem.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence, focusing on process optimization and reusability.
• Lead cross-functional conversations to prioritize and deliver solutions that enhance compliance and reduce complexity.
• Support iterative technology delivery models, ensuring rapid and compliant release cycles.
