MFA Project Manager

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role focuses on leading strategic initiatives within Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically delivering passwordless and phishing-resistant MFA (FIDO-based authentication) solutions across enterprise applications and platforms in a large, global organization.

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager delivering large-scale IAM and/or infrastructure projects.
• Deep understanding of MFA, passwordless authentication concepts, and phishing-resistant authentication.
• Strong knowledge of FIDO-based authentication protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and drive discussions confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

• Background in financial services or similar regulated environments.
• Experience leading projects in globally distributed teams.

• Plan, manage, and drive delivery of end-to-end IAM projects, including MFA and passwordless adoption initiatives.
• Support Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and pilot testing efforts, ensuring a smooth rollout for new authentication methods.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to support production infrastructure designs for modern authentication.
• Present updates at stakeholder forums, clearly communicating project progress, risks, and achievements.
• Conduct technology assessments and work with service owners to define the most suitable implementation approaches.
• Provide technical leadership for IAM authentication migrations and rollouts.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
