Wymagania

  • Strong understanding of product management practices including discovery, user research, prioritisation, and outcome-based delivery.
  • Ability to work with multiple customer types and stakeholder groups, translating needs into clear product direction.
  • Experience balancing customer-specific requirements with building scalable, reusable product capabilities.
  • Comfort working with data to inform decisions alongside qualitative insights from users and stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, evolving start-up environment with changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to travel nationally and globally.

Preferred:

  • Experience as a Product Manager on SaaS or platform products, ideally in complex or operationally-led environments.

Obowiązki

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to customer outcomes, commercial goals, and Transcend’s overall product strategy.
  • Lead product discovery and prioritisation using customer insight, data, and operational understanding.
  • Translate complex customer and operational needs into clear, actionable product requirements and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to develop scalable, configurable, and resilient solutions across multiple retailers and markets.
  • Balance short-term customer needs with longer-term platform and portfolio evolution.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to assess value, impact, and trade-offs continuously.
  • Communicate product direction clearly to stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams.
  • Develop relationships with retailer partners, including travel to visit retailers and attend industry conferences.
  • Flex working hours to accommodate retailer time zones as needed.
