Senior OT Engineer

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT Security or Infrastructure projects.
• Strong familiarity with IT and OT infrastructure (connectivity, manufacturing environments).
• Network knowledge at a CCNA level (understanding network traffic and topologies).
• Proven ability to document workflows, processes, and technical diagrams.
• Fluent English (C1) for daily international collaboration.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency with Power BI and data modeling.

• Conduct deep-dive sessions with factory teams to identify IDS network monitoring points and recommend network optimization.
• Gather requirements (BRD, FRD, NFR) and create current/future state network diagrams (High & Low Level).
• Partner with the Project Manager, SOC, and IT/OT teams to drive global rollout and adoption.
• Translate complex, technical network concepts into clear business requirements.
