AI Solution Architect (Innovation & R&D)

Upvanta is seeking an AI Solution Architect to co-create the AI development direction within the organization and design modern solutions based on generative artificial intelligence. The role combines competencies of a solutions architect, technology consultant, and R&D expert.

• Commercial experience in designing and implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Practical knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, and agent systems
• Experience with Microsoft Azure platform and AI services
• Ability to design scalable and secure system architectures
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance
• Experience in conceptual work and R&D environments
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD
• High analytical skills and ability to combine business and technological perspectives
• Higher education in computer science, electronics, or related fields

• Designing AI solution architectures for enterprise environments
• Developing solutions based on RAG, Agentic AI, and integrating LLM models with organizational systems
• Conducting discovery and analyzing business potential of AI initiatives
• Designing and supervising the implementation of PoCs and pilot projects
• Recommending technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, AI Services, Copilot Studio, Fabric AI)
• Analyzing possibilities of AI use in software development processes
• Assessing risks, costs, security, and scalability of AI solutions
• Monitoring trends and preparing R&D recommendations and insights in Generative AI
