QA Engineer (Automation)

OEC is a global company with a central QA team working across multiple product lines. The role involves working within cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams and rotating across different products and engineering teams every few months.

• 3+ years of experience in test automation
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered development and testing tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT)
• Strong hands-on skills in at least one of: Java, C#, .NET, or Playwright
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar
• Database testing experience with MSSQL Server or PostgreSQL
• Performance testing experience with tools like JMeter, NeoLoad, or Artillery
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Ability to analyze NFT results and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Adaptability to switch contexts and ramp up on new products regularly
• Good communication skills; English language required

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Hands-on Terraform or infrastructure-as-code experience
• Background in guiding or mentoring team members on QA practices

• Take ownership of test automation, performance testing, and quality processes across multiple product lines
• Build and maintain automated test suites to keep CI/CD pipelines reliable
• Work within cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams
• Rotate across different products and engineering teams every few months
