Staff / Lead Backend Engineer (Node.js / NestJS/ (AI-first)

People More P.S.A. is hiring for a senior backend engineering role focused on Node.js, NestJS, and AI-first technologies. The position is available in multiple Polish cities including Gdańsk, Kraków, Wrocław, Warszawa, and Poznań, with remote interview options.

• Proficient in AI / LLM technologies (level 4).
• Strong experience with Node.js (level 4) and Nest.js (level 4).
• Skilled in TypeScript (level 4).
• Experience with OAuth 2.0 (level 3).
• Knowledge of raw SQL and PostgreSQL (level 3).
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture (level 3).
• Language proficiency: English (C1), Polish (C1).

• Lead backend engineering efforts using Node.js and NestJS frameworks.
• Develop and maintain AI-first backend systems.
• Implement OAuth 2.0 authentication.
• Work with raw SQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Design and implement event-driven architecture solutions.
