• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in the financial sector in cybersecurity or IT security.
• Experience in organizing trainings, workshops, and other educational forms.
• Knowledge of ISO 27000 standards, NIS2, KNF regulations, and cybersecurity laws such as UKSC and DORA.
• Up-to-date knowledge about cyber threats.
• Knowledge of electronic banking operations and authorization tools.
• Good communication skills and ability to write articles and communications.
• Organizational skills and ability to plan own work.
• Creativity and innovativeness.
• Availability for business trips several times a month.
• Presentation of a current certificate of no criminal record regarding crimes against information protection at the final recruitment stage.

• Prepare and conduct cybersecurity trainings and workshops for bank employees and clients (both online and in-person).
• Convey knowledge about cyber threats related to technology and the digital world.
• Prepare assumptions for training programs and awareness campaigns on cybersecurity and monitor their implementation in cooperation with the relevant bank organizational unit.
• Prepare educational content and materials on cybersecurity for employees and clients.
• Participate in ensuring internal cybersecurity regulations comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare reports and management information related to performed tasks.
• Cooperate with external entities on projects and supervise the allocated budget.
