Wymagania
- Fluent English (C1/C2/native)
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- B2B sales (especially enterprise sales)
- HR tech / recruitment industry
- Startup building
- International business development
- Fundraising or working with investors
Obowiązki
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy
- Lead sales and partnerships
- Build relationships with early customers
- Drive fundraising and investor relations
- Shape product direction together with the technical co-founder
- Build the team and business operations
- Represent the company externally
