Junior Distribution Channels Product Support Specialist (k/m)

Polskie Linie Lotnicze LOT is an airline company based in Warsaw, operating in the aviation industry with a focus on distribution channels and system integrations.

• Experience with API integration with external distribution systems
• Development and optimization of new and existing API interfaces
• Testing APIs to identify and fix errors and debugging using SOAP UI and POSTMAN
• Preparing integration and development processes for APIs with clear and detailed technical documentation
• Cross-departmental collaboration including IT, marketing, and operations teams to understand needs and implement technological solutions
• Analyzing and solving technical and business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Professional development and keeping up with current trends in aviation technologies and distribution and reservation systems

• Analyze technical requirements of partners and prepare API integration plans
• Implement and configure API integrations between partner systems and the NDC system
• Independently conduct end-to-end deployments and participate in team deployments
• Test integrations (functional, integration, regression) and fix errors
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (specifications, integration instructions, test logs)
• Provide technical support (helpdesk) for agents and internal teams related to API integrations
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams (product, business, QA) to ensure successful deployments
• Participate in project meetings, report progress, and escalate issues
• Report significant risks and propose remedial actions
