• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an administrator in corporate/production environment
• Proficient knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and network technologies (switching, routing, VPN)
• Practical knowledge of virtualization systems and backup solutions
• Ability to diagnose problems independently under time pressure
• Valid category B driving license and readiness for occasional business trips to company branches
• Higher technical education (Computer Science or related field)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SDWAN solutions
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Documented experience through industry certifications

• Manage infrastructure: administer server environments (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization systems (VMware/Hyper-V), oversee LAN/WAN/SDWAN networks ensuring functionality and security across distributed Group locations
• Manage identity and access: administer Active Directory environment and access policies
• Ensure business continuity: administer backup systems and monitor system performance
• Participate in development projects: plan and implement new technological solutions (Cloud, Security, Automation)
• Provide technical support: resolve advanced incidents (3rd line support) and create technical documentation
