Pricing Analyst, AI e-Commerce (m/f/n)

Integer Group Services Sp. z o.o is a dynamic company operating in the logistics sector, focused on developing a large logistics network and offering modern logistics services in Poland.

• 2–3 years of experience in business analytics, controlling, or consulting.
• Higher education in finance, economics, management, or related fields.
• Very good knowledge of Excel, SQL, and analytical tools.
• Communicative English skills enabling reading documentation and communication.
• Analytical thinking, independence, and result orientation.
• Communication skills and good cooperation with business teams.

Nice to have:

• Power BI experience.
• Experience in pricing or category management.

• Monitoring price attractiveness through analysis of Price Index at product and category levels using internal and competitive data, identifying areas requiring price adjustments.
• Supporting business teams in decisions regarding pricing policy, promotions, and pricing programs.
• Analyzing and selecting strategically important products for brand image and their price positioning.
• Collaborating with Category Management to optimize prices for sales, margin, and turnover.
• Defining, modeling, and monitoring pricing KPIs and their impact on business results.
• Identifying price anomalies and recommending optimization actions.
• Creating pricing reports and dashboards and automating analytical processes.
• Analyzing the impact of price changes on customer behavior and commercial effectiveness (e.g., conversion, volume, margin).
