Delivery Manager in Data&AI

Elitmind is a company involved in Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation projects, delivering Data Platform, BI, AI, and Cloud transformation projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, Data, Analytics, or Digital Transformation project management.
• Experience delivering Data Platform, BI, AI, or Cloud transformation projects.
• Practical knowledge of Azure ecosystem services including Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Hands-on experience working with Agile, Scrum, Prince2, or similar project delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of modern data platform architecture, cloud environments, and enterprise delivery standards.
• Experience working in consulting, enterprise, or customer-facing technology environments.
• Fluent English communication skills (minimum B2/C1).

• Owning project scope, budget, timeline, and quality.

• Identifying and managing project risks.
• Supporting sales activities such as proposals, estimations, and presentations.
• Team development including mentoring, feedback, and competency growth.
• Implementing and improving delivery standards including methodologies, governance, and best practices.
