Operations Engineer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role is part of a dynamic team responsible for operational stability, infrastructure engineering, and automation within a global technology ecosystem.

• Minimum 3+ years in engineering or operations-focused role.
• Proficiency in incident and change management within structured environments.
• Hands-on experience with SQL / T-SQL, Linux systems administration, and Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA for workflow and task management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and capability to work independently in hybrid/global environments.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Smart Forms Designer or Kofax.
• Certificate management with Venafi.
• JavaScript for automation or front-end tasks.
• Basic DevOps knowledge for infrastructure and CI/CD.
• French language skills as an additional asset.

• Ensure operational stability, integrity, and availability of supported products and services.
• Apply and maintain compliance with Service Management Standards, ensuring high data quality in systems of record and adherence to control requirements.
• Identify and resolve incidents, communicating impact and resolution progress to stakeholders.
• Deliver engineering changes to infrastructure with a focus on user experience and automation.
• Support service resilience and sustainability, meeting recovery time objectives for business-critical solutions.
• Develop and deploy infrastructure solutions enabling high performance, availability, and security while preparing for anticipated loads.
• Build automation into deployment, testing, and operational processes to ensure consistency and minimal variation.
• Drive continuous integration and automation adoption to maintain predictable, high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor systems proactively and support maintenance to minimize incident frequency.
• Contribute to local service improvement initiatives and mandatory testing as required.
• Stay current with evolving technologies and standards within enterprise operations.
