Senior Java Developer

• Minimum 5 years of backend development experience using Java
• Strong knowledge of Java 17+ and Spring Boot
• Experience building event-driven and asynchronous processing systems
• Experience creating agents, workers, or autonomous processes
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ in production environments
• Experience working in microservice architecture
• Ability to design resilient and scalable systems
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes
• Experience in enterprise environments
• Experience with Generative AI solutions
• Knowledge of LangChain4j or Spring AI
• Experience integrating systems with LLM models
• Experience with RAG architectures and AI orchestration frameworks
• Knowledge of MCP / tool calling concepts
• Experience working with vector databases

• Design and develop backend solutions based on Java and modern AI/Automation technologies
• Build agents, workers, and autonomous processes supporting complex business processes
• Create and develop event-driven and asynchronous processing systems
• Integrate backend solutions with LLM models and AI orchestration frameworks
• Develop microservice architecture ensuring high scalability and system resilience
• Design and implement solutions based on Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Develop and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design modern enterprise solutions
• Work in a hybrid model with office meetings once a week in Warsaw
