Senior Software Engineer with SRE background (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering with Cloud Infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in software engineering with JavaScript/TypeScript and/or backend languages such as Python and Java.
• Technical studies related to Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor.
• Experience working closely with development teams to improve application delivery and build efficient, automated pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to understand end-to-end use cases and map system flows.
• Good English communication skills.

• Leverage SRE experience to enhance cloud observability products and create tailored solutions for users to monitor, diagnose, and maintain systems.
• Ensure best practices across AWS, Azure, and GCP integrations for efficient ingestion of cloud telemetry data.
• Utilize AI capabilities for features like anomaly detection and multidirectional signal correlation for faster root cause analysis.
• Work with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and build visualizations to help users understand cloud observability data complexity.
• Drive architectural decisions and contribute to platform evolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align decisions with product strategy.
• Foster high-quality software engineering practices, automation, and optimization of tooling and processes including CI/CD integrations.
