DevOps Engineer

Tidio is hiring for a DevOps Engineer role based in Warsaw or Cracow with a hybrid work model (1-2 days per week in the office). The position involves starting in a greenfield setup to build the system as part of the team, followed by seamless continuation working directly with the client on the same product for long-term development and scaling, with no handover phase or context switching.

Must have:

• 4+ years of DevOps experience
• Extensive knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with ability to independently design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure for medium to large-scale projects
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes (GKE)
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Terraform, Atlantis, ArgoCD
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS and TCP/IP
• Experience with creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in designing and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems following industry best practices

Nice to have:

• Experience with infrastructure supporting machine learning / AI workloads
• Familiarity with modern application architecture principles, including designing scalable applications, implementing effective health checks, and managing resources efficiently to avoid overprovisioning and underprovisioning

• Build the system as part of the team in a greenfield setup
• Continue working on the same product directly with the client for long-term development and scaling
• Gain long-term ownership and influence over infrastructure and platform architecture
