Senior QA

Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists based on B2B contracts, delivering projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. The client operates in the financial sector and is building a key component of a new ecosystem responsible for debt management processes.

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as Tester / QA Engineer, including at least 2 years as Senior.
• Experience creating new test scenarios and cases (functional, regression, integration, UAT).
• Experience testing distributed systems and service integrations.
• Experience with asynchronous communication and event-driven systems (queues, messaging) and REST API testing.
• Ability to prepare and maintain automated tests (UI / API / e2e).
• Experience in projects following Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Knowledge of C#, .NET 10, xUnit, Reqnroll, Shouldly, Cypress, Playwright.
• Experience with TestContainers, Postman/Apidog.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions (including pipeline preparation/modification, test integration).
• Proficient with Git (branching, merge requests).
• Experience with Jira and Xray (test management, design, reporting, traceability).
• Experience with Grafana (dashboards, alerts on key metrics like payment throughput, error rate, asynchronous processing delays).
• Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OCP.
• Knowledge in performance testing (e.g., JMeter, k6).
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Proactivity in analyzing business and technical requirements.
• Willingness to collaborate with business and development teams.
• Practical experience with BDD methodology.
• Ability to share knowledge and support junior team members.
• Ability to set quality standards for software development and testing.
• Openness to using AI tools in daily work (Copilot, LLM models, QA process automation).

• Creating and maintaining test scenarios and cases.
• Performing functional, regression, integration, and UAT tests.
• Automating UI, API, and end-to-end tests.
• Testing REST API and service integrations.
• Verifying asynchronous processes and event-driven communication.
• Analyzing errors and collaborating with the development team on diagnosis.
• Participating in designing test strategies and quality assurance processes.
• Integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Working with test management and reporting tools (Jira, Xray).
• Monitoring application quality and analyzing system metrics.
• Collaborating with Product Owners, analysts, and development teams in Agile/Kanban environments.
• Supporting the team in building quality standards and good testing practices.
