Android Developer

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our dynamic team responsible for the end-to-end development and maintenance of a comprehensive mobile application platform. The project encompasses the full lifecycle of service installations, from initial client requests through to active operations and ongoing maintenance. The platform integrates a variety of business functions, including ticketing, account and asset management, and domain-specific logic.

• 2+ years of proven working experience in Android development
• Proficiency in Java; experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Familiarity with Android app components, UI frameworks, developer tools, and workflows
• Strong understanding of Android design patterns
• Solid grasp of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Experience with networking, local data caching, and multitasking on Android
• Experience with third-party libraries and services
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (B2 level of English) and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
• Integrate with external data sources and APIs to enhance application functionality
• Ensure the robustness and reliability of code through unit testing, including coverage of edge cases and usability scenarios
• Participate in the full mobile development lifecycle, from concept through delivery and ongoing support
• Work with third-party libraries and services to extend application capabilities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and workflows
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and effectively collaborate within a team environment comprising both local and remote members

The position requires hybrid work (3 days office) in Krakow, Wroclaw or Gdansk.
