Wymagania
- Proficiency in Workday (level 4)
- Strong knowledge of HCM (level 4)
- Experience with Agile methodologies (level 2)
- Stakeholder management skills (level 3)
- Experience in configuration (konfiguracja) (level 4)
- Experience in implementations (Wdrożenia) (level 4)
- Business analysis skills (level 3)
- User training experience (Szkolenia Użytkowników) (level 3)
- English language proficiency at B2 level
Obowiązki
- Configuration of Workday HCM modules
- Leading Workday implementations
- Business analysis related to Workday solutions
- Conducting user training sessions
- Managing stakeholders in the context of Workday projects
- Working within Agile methodologies
