Devire IT Outsourcing is a collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists based on self-employment (B2B), delivering projects for clients running innovative and modern ventures. The client is one of the largest non-food retailers in Europe with a strong market position and dynamic expansion.


Wymagania

  • Several years of experience as Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst / IT Analyst.
  • Experience in infrastructure, hardware, or retail technology projects.
  • Experience working with hardware deployments in multi-branch/distributed environments (e.g., retail, logistics, store networks).
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Very good knowledge of hardware environment including POS / cash registers, SCO devices, fiscal devices, mobile devices, peripheral devices, and basics of network and endpoint infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of operating systems used on store devices.
  • Knowledge of Asset Management and CMDB.
  • Practical knowledge of ServiceNow.
  • Ability to create analytical and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of hardware rollout processes and device lifecycle management.
  • Ability to conduct workshops and gather requirements.
  • Ability to analyze risks and operational dependencies.
  • Ability to work between business, operations, and IT.
  • Collaborative attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2).

Obowiązki

  • Analyze requirements and coordinate activities supporting the introduction and implementation of new hardware models for stores.
  • Gather business, operational, technical, and compliance requirements related to new hardware models (POS, SCO, fiscal devices, peripheral devices, mobile devices).
  • Coordinate workshops and interviews regarding requirements with key stakeholders (IT, Retail, Operations, Finance, Security, Suppliers).
  • Translate high-level business needs into organized, clear, and traceable functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain requirements documentation (BRD, FRD, requirements matrices, acceptance criteria).
  • Ensure consistency of requirements across markets, store formats, and rollout scenarios (NSO, replacements, pilots).
  • Support validation of requirements during pilots, testing phases, and supplier evaluations.
  • Act as a single coordination point for hardware-related requirements between Project Managers, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Support change management regarding requirement updates and the impact of changes on scope, costs, or schedule.
