Wymagania

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in economics or finance/management-related studies, graduating by end of 2026.
  • Available to start on 6th July, 2026, for a full-time, 3-month internship.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex data manipulation and analysis.
  • Native Polish and fluent English language skills.
  • Open to exploring full-time employment opportunities with Uber following the internship.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience in project management, operations, customer success, account management, or a highly coordinated support role.
  • Strong commercial and customer-centric mindset.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, able to operate independently in fast-moving environments.

Obowiązki

  • Support the end-to-end launch and execution of new products, features, and national marketing campaigns to drive tangible value for strategic partners.
  • Coordinate project timelines and stakeholder dependencies across Product, Operations, Legal, and Marketing to protect partner commitments and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain high data integrity across CRM and tracking systems for accurate performance reporting, forecasting, and account health monitoring.
  • Analyze operational and commercial metrics to identify risks and opportunities, supporting Account Managers with data-backed insights.
  • Contribute to customer success efforts by identifying adoption gaps, operational pain points, or execution issues impacting partner satisfaction, retention, or growth.
  • Own and contribute to process-improvement initiatives enhancing internal efficiency, scalability, and consistency of partner delivery.
  • Communicate project progress and outcomes clearly to internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment, transparency, and trust.
