Medior Frontend Developer - CXP

Wooting is a young, growing company focused on creating and supporting innovative products. The team operates remotely with members primarily located in the Netherlands and Taiwan. Communication is conducted entirely in English through voice calls and asynchronous messages.

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or self-taught with demonstrable projects.
• 2-5 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3 / TailwindCSS, React, and TypeScript (or other type-safe languages).
• Experience with Next.js (Pages Router) and server-side rendering.
• Comfortable with Git, GitHub, and version control workflows.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with GraphQL and API integration.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG guidelines, ARIA attributes, semantic HTML).
• Understanding of proper HTML structure and semantic markup.
• Experience with headless CMS systems (e.g., TinaCMS, Strapi, PayloadCMS).
• Experience with internationalization (i18n) workflows.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify.
• Experience working with design systems, design tokens, and component libraries.

• Build, maintain, and improve the company's website, a key part of the Customer Experience Platform (CXP).
• Work in a small group of developers and designers to translate design into code.
• Adapt to company processes, work individually on projects, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Identify and fix smaller issues in code and systems; report larger issues for team planning.
• Implement new product pages on the eCommerce storefront.
• Improve underlying systems such as the internationalization (i18n) system.
• Update UI to better expose key information to customers.
• Research new features and systems for implementation.
• Participate in regular team meetings, troubleshoot bugs, and conduct peer code reviews.
• Use tools such as Slack, Linear, Notion, and Git for communication and project management.
• Maintain open communication culture with constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.
• Manage individual projects with assigned outcomes and provide updates to the team lead.
