Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Tech Leader in software development teams
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, system architecture, and backend/frontend/devops technologies
- Strong soft skills including excellent communication, empathy, motivation, and trust-building
- Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international setting
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
- Ability to mentor, develop team competencies, and share knowledge
- Experience conducting performance reviews, giving feedback, and planning career paths
- Ability to handle interpersonal challenges and resolve conflicts
- Proactive, accountable, and team-oriented
- Ready to work in a hybrid model with 2 days a week in the Gdańsk office

Obowiązki
- Supporting the development team in achieving sprint and PI objectives within Scrum and SAFe frameworks
- Mentoring and developing team members through regular one-on-one meetings, providing constructive feedback, and coaching
- Collaborating with other Team Leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders from the Digital Hangar ecosystem
- Co-creating and implementing employee development paths including performance reviews, promotions, and development plans
- Motivating the team and fostering engagement while promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration
- Addressing interpersonal and technical issues and mediating conflicts when necessary
- Monitoring the quality of delivered solutions and identifying and removing technical impediments
- Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
