Wymagania
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Linux engineering experience (L3 level).
- Strong expertise in Linux systems (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS) and internals.
- Proven experience in production troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, TLS, load balancing).
- Hands-on experience with Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong Terraform experience (modules, state, multi-environment setups).
- Experience with Ansible or Puppet.
- Hands-on experience with scripting in Bash and Python.
- Experience with traffic/proxy layers (NGINX, HAProxy, or Envoy).
- Familiarity with system/network debugging tools (tcpdump, ss, iproute2, Wireshark).
- Experience in ITIL-based production environments (incident/change/problem).
- Strong English communication skills (B2+/C1).
- Willingness to come to the office in Gdańsk two days a week or relocate to Trójmiasto.
Nice to have:
- Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux).
- Background in large enterprise or regulated environments.
- Ability to communicate in German.
Obowiązki
- Own and evolve large-scale Linux-based cloud environments (Azure / GCP).
- Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across systems and network layers.
- Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of critical infrastructure.
- Support incident response and contribute to root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams as a technical expert and advisor.
