• Logical thinking and ability to break down unclear business problems into concrete steps.
• Approach of 'listen before building' by understanding the problem and asking questions before building a solution.
• Willingness to quickly test, make mistakes, and improve solutions without discouragement.
• Practical experience with at least two tools from the list: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Perplexity, Zapier, Make, n8n.
• Completion of at least one real automation or improvement used by another person.
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, connectors, including MCP.
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level, especially in writing.
• Proactivity and readiness to start tasks independently without very detailed step-by-step instructions.
• Curiosity, willingness to experiment, and quick learning of new tools.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people.
• Willingness to work on-site at the office in Gdynia.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to areas such as marketing, e-commerce, sales operations, or BI.
• Background in data analytics, computer science, marketing, or engineering.
• Status as a 3rd or 4th year student in CS, data, analytics, technology, marketing, or related fields.
• Experience with Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation tools.
• Experience using AI to create simple prototypes or internal tools.
• Basic knowledge of integrations, data, and tools like Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, Supabase, or similar.
• Basic understanding of large language models (LLM).
• Experience using OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs.

• Analyze unclear business, operational, and team problems and break them down into concrete steps.
• Ask clarifying questions before starting work on a solution.
• Support implementation of practical solutions using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Perplexity, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Create simple automations, workflows, analyses, prototypes, and process improvements.
• Test, verify, and correct AI-generated results.
• Investigate why a solution does not work and iterate until a useful effect is achieved.
• Help translate business problems into specific prompts, requirements, workflows, or instructions.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and propose useful AI-based solutions.
• Research new AI tools and assist in evaluating their potential value to the company.
• Document solutions, processes, and conclusions in a simple, clear manner.
• Write clear communications in English, such as short Slack messages, prompts, notes, or summaries.
