• Engagement and initiative with enthusiasm for challenges and active involvement in project implementation.
• Professional experience, preferably at least one year in implementing European projects funded by programs such as H2020, Horizon Europe, Internal Security Fund, CERV, Digital Europe, preferably in the security sector.
• Openness and flexibility to undertake diverse tasks.
• Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written, used in daily work.
• Communication skills for effective teamwork and cooperation with project partners and external organizations.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes domestically and internationally several times a year.

Nice to have:

• At least one year of experience in implementing international projects funded by European Commission programs (H2020, Horizon Europe, Internal Security Fund, JUST, etc.).
• Interest in issues and activities related to counteracting radicalization, such as the EU Knowledge Hub initiative.

• Participate in the implementation of European and national projects in the area of security, funded by European Commission programs (e.g., Horizon Europe, Internal Security Fund, ERASMUS+, JUST) and other sources.
• Support the substantive aspects of projects, including understanding project topics and participating in project meetings (online and onsite).
• Collaborate with the project team and external experts.
• Assist in preparing project documentation and reports according to the project schedule.
• Cooperate with national and international partners.
• Provide information about project implementation.
• Participate in preparing new funding applications for projects from European Commission programs and national funds.
