• Experience in a similar position or in organizational, project, or administrative work
• Proficiency in English allowing for fluent work and participation in meetings conducted in English
• Very good organizational skills and responsibility
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize
• Independence and proactive approach to work
• Communication skills and high personal culture
• Good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Support in coordinating projects carried out by the Management Board
• Monitor deadlines, schedules, and implementation of arrangements
• Prepare presentations, summaries, reports, and materials for meetings
• Coordinate meetings, events, and business trips (in cooperation with the person responsible for travel organization)
• Ongoing cooperation with internal teams and external partners
• Organizational and administrative support for the Management Board
• Ensure smooth flow of information and document circulation
• Participate in the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives of the organization
