Administrator IT (K/M/N)

Baltic Towers, established in 2023 as a collaboration between Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. and Spanish company GRI Renewable Industries S.L., produces towers for offshore wind turbines. The company supports investments in renewable energy and is a leader in the European energy transition. The facility is located on Wyspa Ostrów in Gdańsk.

• Higher education in IT or related field, or 2–3 years of industry experience
• Experience with cloud solutions (Azure, Entra ID, SharePoint)
• Knowledge of networks and protocols (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
• Programming or scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Knowledge of IT security
• Experience creating technical documentation and security policies
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools
• Experience managing licenses and hardware

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP

• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
• Supporting users and training employees on IT tools
• Installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software
• Managing user accounts and access in systems
• Configuring and maintaining network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points)
• Collaborating on implementation of new IT technologies and solutions
• Creating and maintaining IT security policies
• Handling incidents and implementing changes according to ITIL
• Ensuring stability and security of the IT environment
