Copado DevOps (Salesforce)

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce, DevOps, or Release Management
• Experience with Copado or other Salesforce DevOps tools
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket and CI/CD processes
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX and Salesforce metadata deployment processes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to resolve deployment problems and metadata conflicts
• Knowledge of task management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environment projects
• Knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Very good English language skills (minimum B2/B2+)

Nice to have:

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I)
• Copado Fundamentals / Copado Administrator certifications
• Knowledge of Gearset or AutoRABIT
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Designing, configuring, and maintaining CI/CD processes for the Salesforce platform
• Managing the release lifecycle from development to production
• Implementing and maintaining deployment pipelines using Copado and Git
• Resolving deployment issues and Salesforce metadata conflicts
• Collaborating with development teams, QA, and architects to deliver changes
