Delivery Manager

• Minimum 5 years experience in delivery management in a project environment with multiple concurrent projects
• Fluent English communication skills (B2/C1 level) in speech and writing
• Experience in board game production, gaming, or creative industry
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Poznań office
• Experience building and developing specialist teams (art, development, production, or related areas)
• Understanding of organizational capacity planning and effective resource allocation
• Ability to make operational decisions in a dynamic environment with incomplete information
• Ability to identify delivery risks and propose realistic solutions and alternatives
• Comfortable communicating with interdisciplinary teams and integrating perspectives from various departments
• High organizational skills and effective task prioritization
• Ability to resolve conflicts related to priorities, resources, and project constraints
• Adaptability to continuous change and multiple simultaneous priorities

• Manage organizational capacity and plan resource allocation across projects
• Coordinate work of teams including Graphic Design, 3D, Development, Narrative, Production & Logistics
• Build and develop effective, scalable delivery structures
• Support Game Producers in project execution and removing organizational blockers
• Ensure project feasibility by analyzing scope, available resources, and priorities
• Resolve allocation conflicts and balance needs of multiple concurrent projects
• Monitor team workload and optimize organizational capacity utilization
• Develop and improve delivery processes and workflows between teams
• Ensure transparency of team work and stability of project portfolio delivery
• Collaborate with Head of Product, Creative Manager, and team leaders
• Identify delivery risks and propose realistic solutions
• Cooperate with HR in recruitment and development of specialist teams
