Wymagania

  • Great communication skills in English and German (B2/C1).
  • Customer support experience.
  • Analytical and broad problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity.
  • Good understanding of data modeling ERDs and RESTful APIs, JSON payloads.
  • Ability to switch between different environments, adapt, and learn new skills and processes quickly.
  • Ability to create and maintain process documentation.

Obowiązki

  • Ensure that customer expectations are fully understood, and the expected value is delivered through the technical solution.
  • Be responsible for end-to-end project implementation in cooperation with the Project Manager.
  • Provide required technical support directly to customers during the whole project life cycle.
  • Prioritize multiple enhancements, projects, and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Department and Developer teams on bug fixes and new features.
  • Maintain project and process documentation.
  • Configure workflows, processes, and software customization.
  • Support and enhance the already implemented solutions and processes.
