AI Scientist / Principal AI Engineer – Drug Discovery & Life Sciences

Holisticon Connect is an AI-driven Bio/Pharma research initiative focused on next-generation drug discovery and early-stage drug development, working on international projects in industries like Automotive, Biotech, and IoT.

• Strong experience building and shipping end-to-end AI/ML solutions in real-world environments
• Hands-on background in agentic AI systems and autonomous or semi-autonomous workflows
• Deep understanding of Graph Machine Learning (GNNs, knowledge graphs, network-based models)
• Experience applying AI in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or Drug Discovery
• Proven ability to build and deploy production-grade AI tools, agents, dashboards, or internal platforms
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with modern ML/AI ecosystems
• Comfortable working in scientific, research-driven, or R&D-heavy environments

Nice to have:

• Experience with molecular foundation models or protein language models
• Experience with LLM-based scientific agents
• Scientific publications in AI, computational biology, bioinformatics, or drug discovery
• Experience working with biologics or molecular simulations
• Familiarity with cloud/MLOps environments

• Design and deliver AI solutions for Life Sciences and Pharma
• Contribute to AI-driven drug discovery and early drug development
• Build and deploy production-ready AI systems, agents, and scientific workflows
• Apply Graph ML, knowledge graphs, and network biology approaches to biomedical problems
• Develop AI solutions for molecular modelling, biologics, and small molecule discovery
• Collaborate closely with scientific and research teams
• Translate research concepts into scalable, production-oriented AI solutions
• Take full ownership of delivery with minimal supervision
