Business Analyst

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, application security, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and preferably AWS WAF (AWAF).
• Practical expertise in managing Enterprise/Web applications and CDN solutions.
• Exposure to version control, build, and deployment tools.
• Understanding of agile methodologies, quality management, and configuration control processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead multiple priorities and projects under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to occasionally work over weekends for major releases.

• Serve as the main point of contact for WAF implementation projects across multiple platforms.
• Manage WAF capability models and target operating models, ensuring consistent alignment with security architecture.
• Resolve technical issues collaboratively with WAF/CDN vendors, ensuring timely service delivery.
• Lead planning, execution, and go-live activities for WAF integrations across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure a successful end-to-end implementation and risk mitigation.
• Own the technical components of integration: configuration changes, testing, documentation, and release support.
• Ensure effective change management and release coordination according to governance principles.
• Provide accurate scope assessments and implementation timelines.
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks proactively.
• Communicate status updates and progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
